Joe Woodward was born and raised in Pensacola Fla  He started playing trumpet in middle school band with best friend and current Champions Tour Pro Golfer Joe Durant. Joe finished high school at Woodbridge Va and received EE degree from Va Tech and currently resides in Blacksburg Va since 2003.  Joe has played in high school jazz band, marching band, symphonic band, orchestra ,Pit Orchestra for SME in Blacksburg for Broadway musicals Beauty and The Beast, Music Man, and Christmas Story.  In addition to Sway Katz Joe also plays with The Old Pros (Dublin VA) and Let's Dance Band (Roanoke)   Other hobbies include golf, basketball, tennis, dogs and enjoying blessed life with his wife Suzzanne visiting incredible kids (Luke in Nashville and Kara in Texas).   Joe recently retired from his engineering job but keeps busy with retirement jobs including driving Uber/Lyft, and as a Touring Pro Golf Caddie on Web.com Tour and Greenbrier Resort WV.
